What we don’t like

The pulp will not be as dry since the juicing process is faster and uses teeth to extract juice. Since the motor will release more heat due to its speed, the juice is not technically cold pressed, which may result in lower quality juice. Additionally, the teeth are tougher to clean, but the Gourmia GJ750 does come with a specialized brush to make cleaning easier.
